The Mashina is a technology-driven car subscription service. Performed functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and integration testing of web applications. Tested REST APIs in Postman using GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE requests; checked JSON responses, HTTP status codes, and data validation. Verified data exchange between frontend and backend components. Analyzed network traffic with DevTools and Charles Proxy to localize defects. Used Kibana and Kafka to analyze logs and identify root causes of errors. Created and maintained detailed bug reports in YouTrack with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and attachments. Supported release testing before production deployment. Developed and maintained test cases, checklists, and regression test suites. Collaborated with developers, analysts, and the product PM to resolve issues quickly. Tested mobile application behavior on Android and iOS devices, including user flows, forms, navigation, content display, error handling, and OS/device compatibility. Worked with GitLab, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum processes. Testing Scope Web application testing: user scenarios, forms, navigation, content display, validation, and error handling. API testing: REST endpoints, JSON payloads, HTTP status codes, positive and negative checks, and integration behavior. Mobile testing: Android and iOS application flows, UI checks, compatibility across devices and operating system versions. Release support: pre-production verification, regression coverage updates, and quick feedback for release decisions.

• Identified a duplicate customer communication issue and proposed an employee activity indicator in chat, helping reduce confusion and improve customer experience.
