О себе
iOS engineer with 12+ years of commercial experience. For the past five years, I have combined technical leadership with hands-on development and currently lead a team of 1–4 iOS engineers at BelkaCar. I focus on application architecture, gradual modernization of legacy code, reliable delivery, and helping engineers grow.

iOS Tech Lead
Consumer car-sharing product serving 2M registered users and supporting more than 50M completed rentals. • Lead a team of 1–4 iOS engineers, depending on the project phase. Hired and onboarded three engineers; one later grew into a Senior role. Run regular 1:1s and help engineers plan their development. • Join feature discussions before development starts. Together with the product team, clarify user scenarios and constraints, compare technical options, and break the chosen solution into implementation stages. • Introduced a RICE-based backlog for technical debt. It gave product and business stakeholders a common way to compare technical work with feature work, and tech-debt items started reaching sprints regularly. • Defined the MVVM conventions used across the presentation layer: Input/Output contracts for ViewController–ViewModel bindings and the same pattern for reusable UI components. As part of the migration, removed the old global navigation layer and clarified the boundaries between presentation, domain, and data code. • Maintain the GitHub Actions and Fastlane pipeline behind weekly iOS releases. Signing, tests, TestFlight and internal distribution, and dSYM uploads to Crashlytics and Sentry are almost fully automated. • Added API endpoint discovery and failover after access to service endpoints became unreliable in Russia. The client validates candidate hosts, avoids duplicate health checks, and falls back safely; failures are visible in Sentry. • Added backend-controlled offline map downloads because mobile connectivity is often unreliable during a rental. The app keeps Mapbox tile regions and style packs in sync by revision and removes outdated data. • Built a backend-driven format for promotional blocks with deep-link and in-app WebView actions. New campaigns can be launched without waiting for an App Store release. • Added tracking for two points in the push lifecycle: delivery to the device and opening. Delivery is recorded in the Notification Service Extension, so it does not depend on the app being launched. • Set up Codex for day-to-day work with the project: added short architecture notes to key directories and wrote two project-specific skills — one for code review and another for generating MVVM module scaffolding. The whole team now uses this setup for reviews, investigating defects in complex algorithms, and occasionally generating tests.
