Hybrid Parsing and Semantic Analysis System for Price Lists (B2B) -Developed a Python (FastAPI) architecture for automated data extraction from complex medical documents (digital PDFs and scanned files with stamps/signatures). -Implemented a smart routing algorithm: text-based PDFs are processed instantly using local regular expressions, while complex scans are converted into lightweight images and analyzed via the OpenAI Vision API (GPT-4o). This approach successfully bypassed API token limits and eliminated critical Out-Of-Memory (OOM) server crashes. -Built a semantic NLP module to contextually match old and new medical services, enabling the automated calculation of price differences and the generation of formatted Excel financial reports. 2. Intelligent Telegram AI Agent (B2C) -Developed an automated Level 1 customer support chatbot for "Kommesk" insurance company using the n8n platform. -Engineered the agent's logic using OpenAI models and integrated Google Sheets as a dynamic knowledge base. The system leverages the Tool Calling mechanism to query up-to-date tariffs and insurance rules directly from the spreadsheets. -Configured multi-level request routing, a strict guardrail system to filter out off-topic queries, and a seamless handoff mechanism to transfer dialogues to live human operators when necessary.
