We’re looking for an SRE to support and improve the availability and resilience of mission-critical trading systems. 🏛 About the company: An international fintech company developing a platform for working with global markets. The company builds high-load real-time systems that connect to exchanges and ensure trading operations with minimal latency. The focus is on infrastructure reliability, process automation, and modern open-source technologies. Engineering hubs are located in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. 👨‍💻 What you’ll do: – Ensure stability and availability of production services – Set up monitoring, on-call rotations, and incident response – Debug and classify issues, automate processes – Develop observability metrics and analytics ❗️We’re looking for: – 7+ years of experience in SRE or infrastructure roles – Proven experience with high-load production systems – Strong Unix/Linux background – Hands-on experience with OSS tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, etc.) – Programming skills (Python or Go) – Higher education in CS/Engineering/Physics/Mathematics – Willingness to dive into a new domain – English level B2+ – BigTech experience is required for Dubai, Cyprus, and Moscow candidates 🌍 Location-specific details: Dubai 🇦🇪: – Full on-site – Option to temporarily relocate from UAE during summer – BigTech experience is mandatory Cyprus 🇨🇾 : – Office-based – Regular business trips ~6 times per year: 3 to Dubai and 3 to Amsterdam – Close cooperation with distributed teams – BigTech experience is mandatory Singapore 🇸🇬: – Office-based – Leadership experience is not required – BigTech experience is NOT required 🏦 We offer: – On-site work (Dubai 🇦🇪/ Cyprus 🇨🇾/ Singapore 🇸🇬) – Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses – Opportunity to influence architecture and processes in a real-time environment – International team and challenging technical environment ✍️
