Position: Senior SRE
Location: remote (except Russia and Belarus)
**!!!Obligatory: experience with blockchain/web3!!!**
**Tech Stack**
AWS (Lightsail, CloudWatch, S3), Docker, NATS, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, Go, Python, TypeScript, gRPC, REST, Smart Contracts (Solidity/Rust), Observability: metrics, logging, tracing stacks
**Tasks**
- Build and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure for company’s products.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and on-call pipelines for mission-critical systems.
- Optimize performance and scalability across distributed services and event-driven flows.
- Improve CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions), ensuring safe and fast deploys.
- Manage containerized environments (Docker-based services).
- Ensure strong security, data integrity, and privacy-preserving infrastructure practices.
- Build disaster recovery, redundancy, and failover systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure production readiness for new features.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (compute, storage, monitoring).
- Strong experience with Docker-based deployments.
- Ability to build observability systems (metrics, logs, tracing).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with production CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL operations and performance tuning.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
**- English - B2 and above. Russian - native.**
**CORE**
- Architect and maintain the infrastructure powering company’s identity and economic ecosystem.
- Build highly reliable distributed systems with predictable performance.
- Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and on-call processes.
- Drive incident response, postmortems, and system-level improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliability across product teams.
- Write clean, well-documented automation, tooling, and infrastructure code.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration.
- Experience with NATS or similar
- Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools.
- On-call lead experience or mentoring junior engineers.
- Prior startup/high-growth environment experience.
