QA Lead (TS /JS)

We are looking for a QA Lead (TS /JS) in a European outsourcing company to develop a new project. As a QA Lead you’ll lead the QA team and drive move toward full test automation. You’ll guide two existing manual QAs, define testing strategy, and establish a solid automation foundation. You’ll have autonomy to select tools, frameworks, and architecture, while ensuring quality across our product ecosystem. Conditions: Remote work. B2B contract with a German company. Location: Worldwide (working Time zone- CET) Salary: 5К-6К gross euro Project Objective: The Product powering partner apps and workflows for doctors, pharmacies, and internal operations. Whether it's generating prescriptions or enabling access to care. Key Responsibilities • Lead the QA team, mentoring two manual QAs and setting testing standards. • Design, build, and maintain the entire automated testing framework (greenfield setup allowed). • Define and execute test strategies across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. • Implement and scale automation using modern tools (current stack uses Playwright, but final tooling choice is up to you). • Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery. • Establish CI/CD integration for automated test suites. • Continuously improve QA processes, coverage, and documentation.
