You’ll build high-performance, visually striking digital experiences used by millions — combining design excellence with technical depth. 📕Responsibilities • Build and maintain high-performance **React + Next.js **applications that define the user experience for global brands. • Collaborate with product, design, backend, and data teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences. • Own features end-to-end — from architecture and implementation to testing and optimization. • Push boundaries in UI performance, maintainability, and conversion-driven design. • Contribute to shared frameworks, engineering standards, and front-end infrastructure. • Work closely with data and backend teams to integrate complex **GraphQL and REST APIs.** • Continuously optimize performance, accessibility, and code quality — no shortcuts. 📒Requirements • **3+ years of hands-on front-end development experience** — must. • Deep** expertise in React and TypeScript** — must. • Strong experience with **Next.js** (or other SSR/SSG frameworks) — must. • Experience integrating with GraphQL and REST APIs. • Familiarity with AWS environments and deployment workflows. • Experience with shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, or Radix UI — advantage. • Experience with Node.js or BFF patterns — advantage. • Prior experience building e-commerce or consumer-facing products — advantage. • A sharp eye for detail and a deep sense of ownership and accountability. • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken. 🌠Who You Are • A builder — you ship, iterate, and own results. • A creative thinker — you find smart, elegant solutions under pressure. • A problem solver — quick to break down challenges and move forward fast. • Intense and disciplined — you don’t cut corners. you raise standards. • Motivated by impact, not comfort.
