🚀 Timspark is looking for a Lead Python and React to join our international team. Tech lead exp, 7+y as software dev, 5y with Python, 2-3y with React, exp with AWS 🎯 About the Project The team builds an AI-enabled operational platform for the water industry, transforming raw IoT sensor data into actionable intelligence. The product combines cloud infrastructure, data analytics, and ML integration to deliver insights and operational guidance for large-scale utility companies. The goal is to move beyond prototypes and deliver a scalable, secure, enterprise-ready solution. 🎯 Role Overview We’re seeking a Tech Lead / Full-Stack Engineer to lead the software development stream — from architecture and infrastructure to implementation. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in ReactJS, Python, AWS, DevOps, CI/CD, and scalable system design, along with the ability to guide other engineers and collaborate with domain scientists and IoT experts. You’ll own technical decisions, perform code reviews, and ensure delivery quality across the engineering cycle. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of defining architecture and building high-performance applications from the ground up. 🎯 Responsibilities Architect and implement scalable systems across SaaS, on-prem, and private cloud deployments. Lead the development of core application modules in ReactJS and Python. Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS). Collaborate with Data Science Lead to integrate models, APIs, and ML pipelines. Maintain high standards of security, data privacy, and operational reliability. Conduct technical interviews, mentor engineers, and ensure code quality. Participate in cross-functional meetings with the product and domain teams. 🎯 Requirements 8–12 years of professional experience in full-stack engineering. Proven expertise with ReactJS, Python, and AWS. Solid understanding of DevOps, containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and CI/CD workflows. Familiarity with data-driven architectures and ML integrations (API communication, pipelines). Experience with secure deployments (on-prem and cloud) and scalability best practices.
