You’ll lead our hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-prem) running on Kubernetes and high‑performance services - scaling the systems that power our products and engineering teams. 💼 **What you’ll do** - Lead and grow a team of 3-5 DevOps engineers (coaching, 1:1s, standards, roa - Design and evolve Kubernetes-based infra (multi-cluster, multi-region) across cloud + on-prem. - Build strong IaC & GitOps practices (Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD/Flux). - Create robust CI/CD pipelines, artifact registries, and preview envs. - Set up monitoring/logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OTel). - Manage hybrid networking: ingress, LBs, CNI, gateways, cloud↔️on-prem peering. - Tune storage and performance for stateful workloads. - Build self-service tools & portals for developers (IDP, templates, CLI). - Introduce tools improving reliability, speed, and cost efficiency. 🧠 **It is important for us** - 7-10 years in DevOps/Platform/SRE roles. - Deep expertise in Kubernetes & containers. - IaC with Terraform/Helm + GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux). - Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) + on-prem (bare metal or VM: KVM/Proxmox/VMware). - CI/CD systems (GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). - Observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry). - Scripting/automation (Python or Go, Bash). ⭐️ **Nice to have** - Experience with AI tools (e.g. Cursor). - 2+ years leading small teams. - Cluster management (Cluster API, Rancher, GKE Autopilot). - Service mesh (Istio/Linkerd). - Cost optimization (autoscaling, spot, Savings Plans). - Supply-chain hardening (SBOM, provenance). - Building internal dev platforms (Backstage, Port). 💰 **What we offer** - Salary paid in foreign currency. - International team and modern tech stack: actively use AI tools in daily work. - Hybrid format: 3–4 days per week in the office.
