**AI Engineer Remote Salary: 5000–6000 USD NET per month** An international IT consulting company with over 15 years of experience, specializing in providing innovative solutions in technology and data. It helps organizations optimize business processes, implement AI, and effectively manage Data to achieve their business goals. The company is headquartered in California, with development centers in Europe. **Responsibilities** -Build, optimize, and deploy AI solutions, with a focus on large language models (LLMs). -Develop and implement efficient inference pipelines. -Integrate AI models into production applications, ensuring high performance and scalability. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine AI-driven features. -Optimize AI models for speed and efficiency through techniques such as quantization, pruning, and batching. **Requirements** - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, etc.). - Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI models, including LLMs, NLP models, or generative systems. - Experience building inference pipelines and integrating models into production applications. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably AWS). - English level: B2 or higher. **Nice to Have** - Experience fine-tuning or adapting LLMs, working with embeddings, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or multimodal models. - Deep understanding of model optimization: quantization, pruning, distillation, batching, caching, etc. - Experience using tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, Weaviate, Pinecone, Ray, or similar. - Experience implementing AI-driven product features. **Conditions** - Full-time, aligned with CET, CEST, GMT — European time zones as a priority.
