Our company is now in search of **Senior AI Engineer** on remote or office work. **Responsibilities:** Mission: AI Revolution needs you 🫵 Future is already here but it’s not evenly distributed. Bring it to businesses and people everywhere by making advanced AI accessible, useful, and seamlessly integrated into daily workflows. Model Development: Build and deploy AI models with RAG and tool calling for various product features (e.g., AI accounting, new customer onboarding, customer care, document recognition, categorization, fraud detection). Quality: You understand that great models are built on great measurement — you choose the right signals and turn them into meaningful improvements Integration with Product: Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to bring AI features into production. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest AI research and propose innovative applications relevant to Finom’s mission. **Requirements:** Seasoned Python professional with a passion for AI/ML. You have extensive experience with frameworks and libraries such as LangGraph, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers. Deployment expert who has a proven track record of successfully deploying ML models in production environments. Strong software engineer with a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and best practices. Cloud-savvy individual comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Skilled problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow within the organization Effective communicator who is fluent in English (B2+ level). **Nice-to-Have:** Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering.
